Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that all pieces are made using a vintage knitting machine and finished by hand.
Slight variations in texture, finish, or appearance are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at talifantasyclub@gmail.com before sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Faulty Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once the issue is reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or refund, and any reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Sale & Custom Items
Sale items, made-to-order pieces, and custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
